The Leaderships role - the eighth habit
the course of eighth habit includes development the following knowledges and skills:
1- understanding the root causes for the problem faced by the institutions and how the age of knowledge change the basics of effective leadership
2- understanding the model that leads to the effectiveness of the institution and the relation between success of it with the personal building for the leader.
3- how can a person discover his voice and inspire the others to discover their voices via practicing the four roles of leadership
4- make a plan to raise credibility and increase trustworthiness.
5- learn how to formulate the basic components of planning (vision - mission -values and strategy)
6- identify the six components of success in the institution and to develop it.
7- identify the six levels of empowerment and how to use them to enable team members.
